Our Story
TCH Dogwear was born from a simple belief: your dog deserves to travel in the same style and comfort that you do. Founded in 2020 by a team of passionate dog owners and experienced craftspeople, we set out to create apparel that blends luxury aesthetics with genuine functionality.
Every single piece in our collection is handmade in our small European atelier. We work exclusively with premium natural materials — Italian velvet, Mongolian cashmere, pure silk — paired with hardware that is built to last. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Delivery Policy
Shipping Information
We ship all TCH Dogwear orders from our European atelier with care and precision. Because most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow additional production time before shipment.
Processing Time
Standard items are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces require 7–14 business days for production before shipping. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking information within your expected processing window, please contact us.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love every TCH Dogwear piece. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our return policy below before initiating a return.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Return
Contact us via our Contact page within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, we're happy to arrange an exchange. Please note that availability may vary, and some colors or sizes may require a new production cycle.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect item, manufacturing defect). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Made-to-order and customised pieces are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. We carefully photograph each item before shipping as part of our quality process.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
